From one my idol and team mate here!!!

Common problem for iPhone 3Gs shorted mainboard it's beacause of PMic spoiled due to some 3rd party accessories being used such as car charger, emergency charger or any device that can spoiled the PMic (Power Management IC).

Normally if the PM ic is shorted, it getting hot when you charge or plug in to usb.

iPhone becomes fast low batt, but if you charge the battery and put back it powers on.

Just change PM ic...

After successfully change PM ic...

The Chronic Dev-Team has released Greenpois0n, their utility for jailbreaking the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch on iOS 4.1.

After much controversy, the tool has been updated to use the bootrom exploit found by Geohot.

Unfortunately, only a Windows version is currently available; however, a mac version and ipt2g support are coming soon.

Here’s the instructions to jailbreak iPhone 4, 3GS on iOS 4.1 using Limera1n, PLEASE read the important notes at the end of the post:

STEP 1: Download Limera1n for Windows from here

STEP 2: Connect your iPhone to your PC via USB then launch Limera1n and hit “make it ra1n”

STEP 3: You will have to get your device into DFU mode by following the steps on the screen shown by Limera1n.

You iPhone will now be placed in recovery mode.

Press both the power and the home buttons.

When Limera1n asks you to, release the power button.

Your phone will now be in DFU mode

STEP 4: Now, Limera1n app should be shown on your iPhone’s home screen. Limera1n will pwn your device forever now.

STEP 5: The jailbreak should be done now. Tap on the limera1n icon on your device and install Cydia.

IMPORTANT:
You have to keep some points in your mind, first, Limera1n will not unlock your device (i.e. you will lose unlock if you upgraded to iOS 4.1 and used limera1n).

Second, Limera1n is not working with old bootrom devices and it doesn’t support iOS 4.2 beta, Geohot is fixing the issues right now. Stay tuned.

Limera1n would mess up GreenPois0n jailbreak release as the teams don’t want to give Apple two exploits. They would better save one of them to 5th-generation devices.

This patch is already tested on iPhones: 3GS - 3G -2G OS 3.x and works 100%Note: your iPhones must be jailbroken and I repeat again that your iPhone must be AFC2 Support.

Download the patch from link below and extract it on your PC, Connect your iPhone with USB to your PC and make sure your iPhone is AFC2 support. (If your iPhone is Jailbroken with Redwn0w so dont care about AFC2)
Then open the iPhone Password Remover folder and just double click on M.H.M.bat !
a Dos windows will apear. after exiting the window restart your iPhone.
Now your iPhone is Passwordless.
